Cancellation and Refund Policy

 Cancellation by Customer

• Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement by contacting us via email at pawsandchows@gmail.com or calling us at 7580000072.
• Once the order is processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

We reserve the right to cancel an order under the following circumstances:

• Product is out of stock or unavailable.
• Payment is not completed or verified.
• Incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided.
• Any unforeseen technical or logistical issue.

In such cases, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Eligibility for Refund:

Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:

• The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
• The product does not match the description on our website.
• The return request is initiated within 7 days of delivery.

Non-Refundable Situations:

Refunds will not be processed for the following:

• Products used, altered, or not in their original condition.
• Returns initiated beyond the 7-day window.
• Items damaged due to misuse or neglect by the customer.

• After verification, approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

•  If eligible, the product must be returned in its original packaging along with any accessories or tags.
• We will arrange a free reverse pickup for approved returns, or customers may ship the item to the following address:
